Olympic Lifting baby!

Come get quality coaching, and spend an hour throwing around some barbells. Each class, we will focus on the snatch or the clean and jerk, and drill specific movements and positions to help athletes improve their technique.

While we do olympic lift in our standard CrossFit class a few times a week, it is nice to have an hour-long session dedicated to these lifts so that athletes can spend some extended time working on their form and movements.

Also, if you’re looking for a class where your heart rate won’t get above 100 bpm, this is the class for you ;)
