You’ve been crushing workouts Monday through Wednesday, and by Thursday, your body’s telling you it’s time to slow down, but not stop. That’s why we offer Yoga and Mat Pilates on Thursday mornings at CrossFit Casual.

We alternate each week: yoga one week, mat pilates the next, giving you the perfect chance to move your body, restore your muscles, and leave feeling refreshed.
