Hyrox
HYROX races combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Our HYROX classes will build your engine and get you race-ready. Running intervals and functional exercises like sled pushes, rowing, and lunges to boost strength, endurance, and stamina.
We currently offer Hyrox classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:05AM and 5:30PM, and Saturdays at 8:15AM.
