Hyrox

HYROX races combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Schedule of an athletic competition with eight events, each accompanied by black-and-white photos: 1. Ski Erg, 1000 meters; 2. Sled Push, 50 meters; 3. Sled Pull, 50 meters; 4. Burpee Broad Jumps, 80 meters; 5. Rowing, 1000 meters; 6. Farmers Carry, 200 meters; 7. Sandbag Lunges, 100 meters; 8. Wall Balls, 100 repetitions. The event starts with a 1 km run, shown on the right side of the image, with sequential steps numbered from 01 to 08 leading to the finish.

Our HYROX classes will build your engine and get you race-ready. Running intervals and functional exercises like sled pushes, rowing, and lunges to boost strength, endurance, and stamina.
